Charge 2 screen went black. The green lights on still. I tried charging, restarting but no luck. It vibrates and shows working on app. Any ideas???

That is disappointing to hear, as I have just ordered a 3 to replace my 2. I had hoped that the upgrade would have solved that issue. As you have it on the water resistant 3 it seems to indicate that the suggestions for 2's that it is moisture inside aren't anything other than wold guesses. The clock face change did nothing for my 2, nor did the button hold down and reset.

My fitbit charge 2 has just blacked out on me and there was a week long of all the white fading. Now nothing can be seen, just a black screen. It’s very frustrating. I tried all the tips given on this platform and nothing worked. The data is being sent to my iPhone though but I prefer to see what’s going on. It’s too soon for me to replace this pricey thing

I have the same issue i had a charge 1 that went faulty before the year was up got sent a replacement that went faulty was sent a charge 2 now that's gone faulty surprise its out of warranty some one needs to look at the reliability 1 -2 years is not great for reliability.

i know but you would hope that they would last longer that a couple of years its as though they build them to brake after the warranty has ended.
I had a charge 1 went faulty within a year they replaced that and that went faulty within a year then they replaced that for a charge 2 which has lasted a bit longer but i would have liked it to last at least 3-4 years for the cost of buying a new one 😞
