I had my charge 2 for just over a year (so my warranty is up) and all of a sudden my Fitbit won’t sync to my phone. It has worked previously, then one day it just wouldn’t. I’ve tried all the “help” things- making sure my phone is updated, turned Bluetooth on and off on my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it. I know the Bluetooth on my phone is working because Paired it with other things. Help!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
Can I just check that you are not in Europe - the warranty there is 2 years. If you are, and the above steps don't help, then you can contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
