Hi. My Fitbit is stuck on November 8, 2016 with a time currently of 10:57 a.m. However, it is approximately 2:19 p.m. on November 9, 2016.
How do I reset please?

@Graburndid you read the big red notice at the top off this page?, it will tell you what to expect tonight.
We understand that this is something Fitbit has to fix.

Yup that is exactly what the banner above says. Some of you have noticed your steps did not reset last night.

How do I change time on charger 2?

@kathyQ5, the time on the Charge 2 tracker is set to the time of the app device when it is synced. If the time is in the wrong time zone, use the Fitbit.com Dashboard Settings to change the Time Zone to the correct one, and then sync the tracker again.

I had the same problem - my Charge2 would not update time/date after not using it for 2 weeks, and the battery ran out. I recharged it and booted it up, but that did not work. My Android phone would not update the charge meter, nor the date/time. Turning the phone on and off did not work.
I THINK what finally worked was turning the phone's Bluetooth off, restarting the phone, turning the Bluetooth back on, then rebooting the Charge2.

Hello @olah make sure your timezone is correct. Sync the tracker.. Then read @USAF-Larry's post above https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-2/Charge-2-Reset-Date-and-Time/m-p/1911638/highlight/true#M40...

Apparently when I tried to charge my Fitbit the Fitbit did not make proper contact and ran out of charge before I noticed it. Now the date and time is off. How do I reset?
