My charge 2 has started continuously buzzing. Will not stop. Turned off all notifications in app. Turned off on device. Help! I'm afraid it will burn out the device by overheating it.

@DKD9207 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Did you try the restart that @WendyB mentioned? Is the tracker working now? I guess there is the possibility that the battery drained due to the constant vibration. If this happened then make sure you clean the tracker's contacts with a toothpick or toothbrush and then use cotton with rubbing alcohol. After this charge your tracker and restart it by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
If the restart didn't work then did you contact Support?
I look forward to your reply!

My charge 2 HR is doing the same thing, continuing buzz vibrate like a alarm is on, it still tracks but I cannot get out of that screen and it uses the battery up in 3 hrs. I tried the reset above 5 times and did not work. Also let the battery drain out and then recharge but it goes back to buzzing. Seems like it won't reset

Also its stuck on notification on and off screen, it automatically cycles from on to off notifications and that's what the buzz and vibration is from. I scroll to other screens like home or heartbeat but it goes back to notifications on and off automatically. It's in a loop.

After letting the Fitbit battery drain out and then recharge, I did this 3x. I was able to reset the Fitbit BUT if I am not wearing the unit or not charging it- like if i am washing my hand, taking a shower.... the unit will go back to cycling thru ALL the different modes as long as i am not wearing it. When this happens, the battery will be drained out in 1 hr.

It seems crazy, all of a sudden so many are having trouble with the same issue. Could this be an update issue for change 2 ? Is this a "forced up_grade " sales pitch?

Hi,
My Charge 2 is also playing up. It is continuously scrolling through the different settings, stopwatch, weights, run, notifications etc, which is causing the battery to run out after a few hours. I have reset a few times using both a USB plug and my laptop but nothing is fixing it.

My Charge 2 is continually vibrating and the battery discharging. If I let it completely discharge then the moment I put it back on charge it starts vibrating. Unable to reset it, it just comes up with an empty battery with an exclamation mark inside. pressing button for 5 secs whilst on charge comes up with fitbit logo with 22.58.00 underneath.
To be honest my experience with the Charge 2 has been dreadful, from cracked screens to poor strap attachments I've had to get numerous replacements under warranty. A very poor quality item for the price.
