Charge 2 died all of the sudden and the screen is totally blank

The Fitbit was charged fully on Friday but last night it showed a flat battery icon and just died. The app shows a full battery. The screen is completely black. It won’t recharge at all.  My charge 2 is 17 months old. Disappointed. Any suggestions?

My Fitbit 2 has completely died work up with it switched off tried everything nothing works HELP!!!

The 2s tend to die quickly.  Not great battery tech in that unit.   The 4 is a much better unit and is on sale in a lot of places. The Luxe is a nicer looking 4 and is on sale at Fitbit now.  I had 2 2s. Both died unexpectedly and completely.  Now have a 4. Wife has a Luxe.  Much better units.   
nothing from the 2 will move to a 4.  Bands nor chargers   They will not fit.

Unfortunately all you can do is move on to your next device. Fitbit was
absolutely no help to me.

I thought that would be the case - what’s really annoying my extended warranty ended only a month ago!! Thanks for the advice much appreciated!!

Mine actually lasted just over 3 years to 6/2/22 before the battery died. Fitbit isTracker help at all . I'm currently looking into another brand of  tracker.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
