Hi, I've been getting notifications on my Charge 2 these last 2 days that looks like a box with +4 on the side. It does not expand to see what it could be.

I thought it was texts/sms notifications but it doesn't correspond with my phone.

I thought that it could be another icon for battery but my battery is charged at 75%.

Could it be diary alerts? Have not had this kind of icon before. I do know that since the iOS 13 update, the diary alerts have been playing up.

Let me help you with this notification you are seeing. Are you seeing this on your phone? If this is the case could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Still you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hi! sorry about the late reply.  The box icon only appears in a flash on the Charge 2 so it's hard to take a pic of it. Nothing reciprocal on the phone or app.

I suspected it had something to do with the iOS update so I deleted some items in my diary and redid them. It seems to have settled down now. That box hasn't appeared for 5 days so far.
