I have been trying to update my fitbit to the latest firmware but it says that is is up to date can someone please help me!

Let me help you with updating your Charge 2. The new firmware hasn't been released to all users yet. This is done on purpose to monitor the behavior of the firmware on the devices. Still just bear with the team until you get the update yourself.
