Charge 2 not syncing after app update on iOS

Ive just updated the ios software and now my fit bit hr2 not syncing. ive un installed ap three x, restarted phone, turned off/ off bluetooth, re set fitbit... still nada.... grrrrrrrr

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I have tried the steps you offered. I still can not connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth. I was able to reconnect another device to my iPhone through Bluetooth. Other solutions?

So weird.  My FitBit just now through Bluetooth reconnected to my iPhone and sync'd.  So, I'm good for now.

 have this problem as well on 2 separate devices. Do you find the battery is wearing down much faster too?

I have done all of these things on 2 Charge 2s and nothing works.
