My Charge2 has been working awesome tracking my sleep. Suddenly I have not been able to see the daily sleep recordings. I've tried syncing my Charge2 several times but getting everything except the sleep recordings so I know it is not my Bluetooth. It last recorded 2 days ago. I love the sleep feature on my Charge2 and am very disappointed that it currently is not working. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem?

@Sqkswmn Thanks for stopping by! Please restart your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
After this wear your tracker to sleep like always and check if it recorded your sleep. You can also enter your sleep manually for the missing nights in the sleep area.
Let me know how it goes!

I have been having the same issue for over a month now.
I have tried the reset steps multiple times, yet the sleep still will not sync with the app. I have disconnected and reconnected the device to my account more than once as well.
Please help

Best AnswerHmmmm! I have the same problem with my HR2 and this did. It solve the problem. Any other ideas?
Best AnswerIt worked for me. I just had to make sure that it was done syncing before I exited out of the app. It took a few minutes to sync. Then I got my results from the night before.
Best AnswerI attached the Fitbit to the charger and it snaps securely but what “button” I’m I supposed to press?
Best AnswerSorry. When I pressed the “button” it kept showing “notifications on / off”. I finally got it to show 225800. Not sure what this is. But my phone version shows 3.10.

Every other function syncs perfectly from app to wrist. All except the sleep. Have tried the suggestion to plug in & hold button for 12secs. Version was correct. Made no difference.

I cannot get my Fitbit to sync for my sleep info. It just shows when I went to sleep and when I awoke. It has not shown on my Fitbit icon in 2-3 weeks. Now it will not sync on my phone. Help!
