My Charge2 has been working awesome tracking my sleep. Suddenly I have not been able to see the daily sleep recordings. I've tried syncing my Charge2 several times but getting everything except the sleep recordings so I know it is not my Bluetooth. It last recorded 2 days ago. I love the sleep feature on my Charge2 and am very disappointed that it currently is not working. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem?

This happened with my Inspire, and I used a Qtip with some rubbing alcohol on the contacts on the wrist side of the band and gently cleaned them. It's been working great ever since for the Sleep function.

Hi can I ask when you say "Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds." which button do you mean?

Why don't my sleep data :last_quarter_moon_face: show on a fitbit watch i reset it and still not showing...it showed once long only once then stopped again

My question exactly. What button? The side button on the tracker is engaged in charging. So pressing that while charging is not an option. Does one take it out of the charger?

Please restart your tracker by doing the following: Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter. Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely. Your tracker should start charging.
