My Fitbit Charge 2 seems to be working fine but not syncing with my iphone since yesterday . Display on the app shows continuous looking ? Any ideas please?

Earlier in the week I was able to follow the instructions and have my device sink again with my iPhone and iPad, but now the app itself on my iPhone won’t even open, says I must re-buy it, but won’t let me do that either. In addition none of the previous instructions work on allowing me to sync my Fitbit charge two
I tried all your suggestions but nothing has worked. I tried to restart the Fitbit and while it recognizes the Fitbit, it can’t connect with it. Other suggestions? It hasn’t worked since May 12😢
Best AnswerI had the same problem but got it sorted out.
First deleted the fitbit app from my i-phone.
Than went to "tools" than to "bluetooth" than to "charge 2" and deleted it from the bluetooth list.
Back to the app-store - down loaded the fitbit app - that remembered your email and all info.
Installed again - and automatically bleutooth found the charge 2 watch.
And works fine now.

This doesnt work on either my old Ionic, or my new charge.
What can else can you do to solve this?
I've tried every single solution I have seen on here or the Apple website.
