Charge 2 not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Is this an issue overall? I see posts about the syncing issue starting on Sunday, which is when my Charge 2 stopped syncing. I've done all the things suggested -turn off/on bluetooth, restart phone, delete and install app, etc. Nothing works. I don't think it's a people issue. Maybe it's due to the IOS update that came through yesterday?

@irishuponastar1 Welcome! It's great to see you around!  Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.

Let me know how it goes!

I think it’s an overall problem. I was recently sent a new Charge 2 because the old one stopped syncing and now the new one has stopped syncing. 😕

Hello
Well I persevered and when I woke this morning all was working. I rebooted
my Fitbit at least 3 times before turning off Bluetooth and unpairing my
sat nav. I restarted my phone at least twice then I set sync before going
to bed. All 4 days were rectified by the morning . Keep trying, ,,,

I finally got mine working. I had to have it forgrt this device and then I reloaded it. I also did update my iPhone. After that everything synced. I did lose the data for the three days it didn’t sync.

Thank you Nicole1958. Tried all the recommendations. Updated Fitbit Connect, have latest firmware on Charge 2. I know it's communication because when I am "pairing" it asked for 4 digit number. It keeps coming up with the message "trouble pairing."

So frustrating. Been working for over one year, suddenly stopped syncing 2nd December this year.

Fitbit, PLEASE help.

Hi mine is now working.
I rebooted at least 3 times by holding the side button in for 4 seconds
each time. I turned off my Blue tooth and rebooted my Samsung phone. I
unpaired any other existing devises then unpaired my Fitbit. Once set up
again I repeatedly tried syncing leaving the process to work as I fell
asleep. In the morning it was working and had recorded the missing days .
Good luck and merry Christmas

Thanks. I got mine working by having it unpaired twice and then reregistering.

Looks like its a problem for all of us regardless the phone we have, and as always beautiful to see how no one of Fitbit gives helpful solutions. Mine stoped sync on Dec 21.

Unpair your device. Then update your phone. Finally go to the fitbit app and have it rediscover your charge 2. It worked for me.
