Charge 2 notifications won’t pair with Bluetooth in App

Am no longer receiving notifications.  The problem seems to be with the pairing with Bluetooth in the App.  I have restarted my device; have reinstalled the device on my phone; have shut off and restarted the phone; have made sure that the phone is the only device paired to fitbit and my phone is an i-phone.  Any other suggestions?

The All-day Sync is also not able to pair with Bluetooth. Bluetooth on my phone is connected to the Fitbit (have also shut that off and turned it back on).

@srbw Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications from your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Remember that the syncing is managed by your Fitbit app. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks. It worked. I thought I tried every combination of turning things on and off but I obviously missed this one.
