Charge 2 stopped syncing

My fitbit account stopped tracking my steps from July 11 through July 20.  I was not aware of the problem until my employee health plan portal indicated a step shortage (I am linked to the health plan account).  Blue tooth never disconnected. Fitbit account magically started working on July 21.  Not sure what happened?  Now worried that this will happen again - do not know what caused the stoppage?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. There are many variables but if you have this issue again you can try these suggestions.
