Charge 2 text notifications

I have text and call notifications set up on my Charge 2 from my Galaxy note 3. I get notifications of calls but when i get a text message all it says is text message recieved. id like to know how i can view who it is from and part of the text message on my charge 2? i have text notifications enabled on my phone and it still isnt working. is my phone not compatible with my charge 2 to view text messages? im at a loss..HELPPP

It's been so long since I fixed this but I believe it was a setting on my
phone that wasn't allowing to push the notifications to my Fitbit.

I have tried all the available things that are listed, yet I am still unable to get my notifications.

I’m having a similar issue with my charge2. I have an iPhone8 running iOS14.4.2 and my Fitbit won’t  show texts or calls on screen. I’ve tried turning notifications off and on again on my charge2 and then tried forgetting the device and reconnecting the Bluetooth but now the notification option in the device menu won’t open. All the other options open to the new page.

Any help would be appreciated!

Just click on your profile in the app and scroll down until you see notifications. Choose all of the notifications you want.
