My charge 2 was working fine till a few days ago, when it stopped auto tracking exercises. All other functions are ok. One of the thread gave a solution which involves restarting the tracker 3 times in a row and performing some steps on the app.
However, I was unable to restart the charge 2. I plug it into the cable, hold the button for many many seconds, but nothing happened. The fitbit logo did not appear.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not restarting. Is the charging cable plugged to any power source like a computer or wall adapter? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
