My notifications weren’t working on my Charge 2 so I “forgot this device” on my IPhone 8 and I’ve tried to restart the Charge 2 to set it up again with my phone but when I “restart” the Fitbit, it goes right back to the steps menu and does not connect to my phone.

Hey @k12bravo, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! So after you restarting your Charge 2, and then followed the setup process, I guess that your phone is taking like forever to connect with the tracker again, right? If that is the case, I'd like you to take into consideration that your Charge 2 should be fully charged so you don't have connectivity issues. Try also to reboot the Bluetooth on your phone. You can also leave your Fitbit plugged into the charging cable while setting up. If the setup process is successfully completed, and you still getting notification issues, take a look at the troubleshooting in this post to fix that.

Your “fix” simply does not work. Are you ever going to come up with a real solution? My charge 2 worked fine until the latest iPhone upgrade. What is the pla for an actual fix this issue?
