I have never had any problems with my Charge 2 until today. It won't sync or restart. I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off on my LG Stylo 4 - on which the app has worked fine for a long time - and nothing is working. I also can't restart my tracker by holding the bottom down. It just turns the screen off. Help please!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing or restarting and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I want to clarify that the Charge 2 needs to be plugged into the charging cable in order to restart it. Please try the following suggestions:

Nobody said that it had to be plugges in to restart... 🤦 After many failed attempts, I was finally able to sync. My best guess is that I apparently let the battery die and it was dead for about 3 days without my knowledge, and that's why it lost communication with my phone. Thanks for your help!

So it was only a temporary solution... My tracker was synced for the rest of yesterday, but when I got up this morning, the app told me again that No Device was Found. I had to turn Bluetooth on and off, unpair my tracker, restart my phone and tracker several times, and it seems to be back. Any thought why this might happen repeatedly?
