Hello @rsbea1,
Welcome to the community!
It's not on your Charge 3. Please do this:
3. Select 24-hour format.
4. Sync your tracker for the setting to take effect.
I hope this helps.

Best AnswerIt’s now 1/11/2020 and the issue has not been corrected. I was messaging someone from FitBit and she said she’d have her supervision email me in a few hours. No one has gotten back to me and that was over 7 hours ago.

Every time I've tried this it works. Please try it again. Specifically:
4. After selecting 24 hour format. Sync your tracker, otherwise it won't take effect.
If this doesn't work. Then post a screenshot of what your settings page looks like so that we can help you further diagnose.
I hope this helps.

Oh, I finally understand what you mean by the 'the 0 is still there'. You mean the leading zero in front of the time display, like '08:00' for 8am.
The 24 hour setting controls which number is displayed after you have reached 1pm. Is the hour displayed going to be '1' or '13'. It does not control if there's a leading zero ('1' vs. '01').
Different clock faces will have leading zero; others will not. It's strictly a function of the clock face; pick one that does.
I hope this helps.

Have you tried all of the clock faces? Maybe there's one that doesn't have the leading zero. I often wear the Versa 2, some clock faces have the leading zero others do not.
