I am getting so frustrated with my Charge 3 dark screen. I have called Fitbit help many times and gone thru all the trouble shooting steps multiple times. Fitbit help keeps claiming it is a widespread issue and the are "working" on it. Well, they have not had an up-date since June 2019 so they are not trying very hard.
Is anyone else having this problem. Are there any answers'?
Same! I have troubleshooted but the screen is totally black no matter what I do. It does sync since because my steps are showing up on the app. I'm just totally annoyed that I'm wearing it and can't use it as a watch 😞

I feel the same ! My device is working, but I can only see it on my iPhone App .
Wish I would of just bought an Iwatch

Mine has been dark for about 6 weeks.It works, but I cannot see it on the Fitbit .Fitbit claims they are working on it. But I have my doubts . They should replace our device or upgrade us to another device . This is so frustrating

Same, dark screen for about 6 weeks now. What is weird is that some people seem to be able to get replacements, but not most.
I am back to using my old charge 2, it only last about 14 hours until the battery runs out though.

It may depend on how old it is to get a replacement. Bought my in June 2019.

Best AnswerSame here I have a black screen. Still able to charge, upload to the Fitbit app and all the information I think is correct. Except the stairs. Although even before this I could never get the correct stair count. The green light is flashing but the screen is completely dark. I still feel vibrations when I prompt it and have tried to restart many times but still, the screen is black/dark.

That is exactly what mine does. Fitbit stated it’s a software problem. They exposing “ working on it “ , but have been telling me this for months . I doubt it will ever be fixed at this point .

bought mine last June so its not even a year old, screen went dark about 3 days ago tried rebooting it twice, nothing wrong with lighting haven't touched anything on it. very very disappointed i cant use it to swipe for my workout, working or swimming
is there anything i can do ? would i be able to take it back to the shop as its not even 12 months old
