My Charge 3 is not even a month old and the bands are falling off. It seems the clips on the Charge 3 are failing already.
This is happening with original and accessory bands.
I've been chatting with Fitbit via Twitter Direct Messaging about this. Gonna have to get on the phone and request a warranty replacement it seems. In case you need it here is Fitbits phone number 877-623-4997

Well...I feel like I found my watch family! Same issue for me. Got mine for Christmas and has fallen off 4 times (today is Jan 😎 for virtually no reason. I love it other than that. Looks like I’ll be calling for replacement too.

My band fell apart a couple of months ago. Went to check the box because when I purchased it, I thought I saw another band. Imagine my surprise when i discovered there was only part of another band in the box.. Spoke with agent today who stated the box should have contained 2 bands. Luckily, I had already purchased another band (cheap one for amazon) and have had no issues. Now I have to go through the hassle of uploaded the receipt and a photo. I must say I am disappointed in the replacement policy especially for a band that probably costs them all of $3 to make. There items are not cheap so you would think for the sake of customer service, they would do better. Word of mouth can do one of two things, make you or break you....smh I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

I took my new Charge 3 out of the box on Saturday morning. It had the small band so I followed the directions to change it to the larger band. It stayed on my wrist for about an hour and then the bad disconnected from the device. I carefully followed the directions again, same problem.
I am going to return the stupid thing and forget it. I have a nice Fitbit One that serves me quite well.
I have the blue grey. Same issue.

I received Charge 3 last week and activated and started wearing it yesterday. I changed band to large size. The strap has detached from main unit more than 6 times already. I like the features but this is very frustrating. I am very disappointed with the band an concerned it will fall off and I won’t notice until it is lost. I never had this problem with the old Charge HR.

Yes and trying to get a replacement is like pulling teeth. I am still waiting to here back but I am not expecting any resolution.
I received an email today, that they will be sending a replacement band at no extra charge. I am happy to have resolved the replacement issue.

Yes I am. The first one I had the display quit working and so they sent me just the fit bbit without a band so I bought a new band and have had nothing but problems with it coming apart. I have about had it with fit bit. Their products are getting worse and worse

It’s not the band. At least mine wasn’t. It was a defect/fault at one end of the device. Fitbit sent me a new device after I called them and sent pictures of the device. I’m still satisfied with Fitbit.

I’m not sure if it was the band or the connector at one end of the charge 3, but Amazon replaced the entire thing and I have not had the same problem with the new device.

Why not spend the cost of 2 cups of coffee at your coffee house and buy one of these.
I do not know of a Charge 3 owner that hasn't.

I did purchase one of those, however, I’d like a replacement for the one I wear everyday, the one I had when I purchased the device, that was included that should not have been defective in the first place especially inside a year. Is that ok with you?

I'm not aware of many rubber based bands that last forever, especially when worn tight.
