My Charge 3 is accurately recording active minutes, but they aren’t syncing to the app on my iPhone. Curiously they are syncing the day after! So for instance yesterday I had 180 active minutes and my Fitbit showed it but the app said zero. Today my Fitbit shows 35 active minutes (accurate) but again the app says zero, and the app page showing previous days shows the 180 for yesterday! Any ideas?
