Has anyone had any issues with the charge 3 battery. My charge 3 is a week old and needed a charge Sunday night. I charged it over night and in the morning it was showing 100%, I wore it all day Monday however early hours of this morning (Tuesday) by watch was dead. I’ve had to hold the buttons for 8 seconds for it to come on however it ran out of battery? I synced my watch and phone before bed and there was over 80% battery. Has anyone’s else done this?

Leahstormborn99, when this happened to my fitbit, 16 months in, and all the troubleshooting steps didn't work....they offered me 25% off items on their website. they said because it was over a year old and hence out of warranty. For what they cost, they should last longer. I won't buy another fitbit product. It was my 3rd. I was also in the wellness field and had often suggested them to people-. Yours is less than a year old. you might try calling them before the year is up and ask for a replacement. good luck!

I used to love my fitbit but lately the charge only lasts 3 hours.
The info page said to go to settings, find reboot and select that.
My settings do not offer a reboot option.
Any suggestions?

Parece ser que muchos tenemos el mismo problema, en mi caso, recién cumplido el año, comenzo a fallar la batería... que mala calidad del dispositivo, esperaba más de fitbit. En lo personal creo que buscare de otra marca, porque la respuesta que me dan es que compre uno nuevo...

Exacto, para mi fue un fiasco... la batería del charge 3 da problemas y falla muy rápido... que mala calidad

La misma decepción me ocurrió a mi... la batería del charge 3 da muchos problemas, llega un punto en que ya no carga. De igual forma creo que no volveré a comprar un producto fitbit

A mi me paso muy similar me duró cerca de un año, aunque en los últimos meses se descargaba con mayor facilidad, pero luego del año, ya no cargó .. decepción total del charge 3, deberían mejorar la calidad.

Ya veras que pronto, no durará ni un dia la batería y luego horas... finalmente un par de minutos. Decepción total del producto.

How do you actually contact support I’m having no luck. Posted a reply yesterday that I can find. Have tried all of the suggestions. Since update it won’t last 4 hours. It syncs. It doesn’t last. This is my 2nd Fitbit. First died and tried the charge 3. If it can be remedied it will be my last Fitbit. Help appreciated.
