I’m having the same problem. Battery is draining really quickly and now the heart rate isn’t being recorded

I'm also having this problem. Can you ticket Customer Support for me too? I haven't been able to use for going on three weeks.

I am also having 100% > 0% battery charge as soon as I remove from charging cradle. Have tried a number of times and done resetting with no luck, again seems result of update. When charging in cradle have blank lines across screen, which is now very hard to read even in very low light, plus 'button' has become unresponsive. Not really a winning situation, help, advice, guidance (and a fix?) would be most welcome. Device bought as new at very start of year, no problems experienced before (apart from screen not readable in mid>high levels)

I am having the same problem. Charge 3 says it’s fully charged with a smiley face. I put it on, then 5 minutes later it’s off. I then plug it in, charge it and it says 1%. Then wait 5 minutes and it’s 100%. I have tried to reset it and all the other things I have read on the blog. But nothing is helping.

Hi, I eventually needed a new unit. Fitbit changed it without any fuss.

Good luck

I have been having a similar issue with my Fitbit battery. It lasts only a few days, when just a month ago, it was about a week. Not super impressed to having to keep recharging it.
