Charge 3 black screen, no smiley face.

My charge 3 just has this black screen. Vibrates when I push the button. No restart is working. 

 

Tried clipping it to charger, holding button for 15 secs, taking it out of the charger, putting it back in. Still, nothing. Just a blank. Wondering if this is just an issue and if I could get it replaced. Had it just around 5 months

My Fitbit also went black yesterday. It still had 54% charge. I have tried hard reset and I don't get any change in response. I left it on charge and it felt really hot which I haven't noticed in the past when charging. It won't sync with any device so changing clock face won't work. Any advice appreciated.

Hey, my charge 3 has the same symptoms for several days. The device is unpair from the phone. Vibrates when I push the button. No restart is working. And the device is only a few weeks old.

Hi EdsonFitbit,

 

I have the exact same problem as @Where-my-face.

no synched, vibrates continuously (8seconds) on reset, no line or Smiley, no screen and no lights on the back. 

 

Resetted it 20 times, no luck

 

Could you help me out ?

Hi there,

Having the same issue as ifonlyitworked

Had charged my fitbit, seemed okay, now it is a completely blank screen, no lines, no smiley face, blank. It vibrates when I press the button, but will not respond, no reset happens at all. No lights on the back either. It has been in the charger overnight, still the same. My phone no longer recognises it as a bluetooth option as well.

Hope there is an easy fix!

Fitbits done an exchange program I got an upgrade for half the cost for a Fitbit 4
