Best AnswerI bought mine from amazon and luckily they have accepted a return for a refund. I do t think I’ll be purchasing a fit bit again I expect it to last longer than 11 months
Best AnswerMy Charge HR too,it does not display screen. Only sync when i used cable charge,it display 100% batterry on app. but the time will not be displayed if the cable is removed.
Best AnswerI am having similar problems. My screen is black, my. Charge 3 won’t sync. It is only a few months old. So disappointed. 6years of using FitBits and the charge 3 has been nothing but trouble.

Best AnswerI got in contact online with customer support. They walked me through some reboots, but screen is still blank. Since mine is under warranty will be receiving a replacement. Very quick and efficient help.
