Charge 3 face not centered and black lines

My Charge 3, developed horizontal lines across the face.  Additionally it will not stay centered vertically or horizontally.  I have tried resetting and changing the clock face. The last reset got the vertical to line up but still have lines and no horizontal hold. Any suggestions?
