Charge 3 has died, tried everything!

Had my Charge 3 for about 18 months now, last two days I have had the following problems:

- Charge 3 screen is completely blank

- Not connecting to bluetooth/app

- Not responding to plugging into USB/laptop

- Tried force restart (connecting to USB + holding button for 8 secs), doesn't work

- When I press the button, it vibrates constantly and stops as soon as I release the button

- The red light is permanently on at the back

- Tried full reset (connecting to USB + holding button for 15 secs, then disconnecting & reconnecting), doesn't work

 

Would appreciate if someone could help me as I'm going mad here! Thanks

I’d still contact Fitbit Support/Chat online and give them a chance to deal
with your 18 month old faulty charge 3 mentioning about the various people
who have problems too - mine was within the guarantee so I got my
replacement but in fairness to Fitbit I’ve seen them offer a reduction on a
new one in your case - but you may be surprised - every case will be
different and you’ll soon know! Good luck!

Yep I’m with you . For some reason Fitbit has not been able to correct problems with the battery issues .. I love them when working but every 12 months they die.
