I think there's an actual issue with my fitbit but thought I'd post in here to see if anyone else was experiencing a similar issue.
I bought my charge 3 just under two weeks ago. Last Friday, I noticed my screen looked faded and had white lines running through it. I have tried to reset it three times as generally suggested with no such luck.
I haven't damaged it in any way and I've continued to wear it in the shower as I wasn't concerned due to it being waterproof. The day the faded screen/lines appeared was when the battery was very low - but that's the only thing I can think of and surely a low battery should'nt lead to this?
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated before I have to take it back. I've tried to add a picture to this thread but can't for some reason.
Many Thanks

I too am having this issue, And my touch screen is less sensitive it doesn’t always swipe easily.
What was the resolution customer care gave you ? I’ve tried the plug in to a usb on a pc and hold button for 8 seconds to reset. It been fully charged, rebooted multiple times.
This is compounded also by the fact I now can’t sync to my iPhone app since the last iOS updated grrrrr

Yes, support just sent me an offer for a free replacement or 50% off a different model. I think I’ll pick a different model as I can see this happening again on the charge 3.

Thanks yes, after trying reboot it several times and changing the clock face nothing worked. They have agreed to replace the unit. It’s only 4 months old. Hopefully I won’t have the same problem again.

Just so you know the warranty on your replacement fitbit will only be for 8 months.

My charge 3 did the same with the screen going all crazy and jumbled. Now no screen at all but it’s working ok when I check my phone. Have started it several times as suggested but still nothing on my screen

Fitbit covered mine under warranty. Contact support and see what they will
do. I hope my 2nd display holds up. I do like this model and had no reason
to upgrade to the 4.
