Charge 3 is not flashing the green lights

I bought this watch less then six months ago, and it has already stopped working!!  The screen is blank and there is no flashing green light at the back!

I have tried every reset and solution that was written online. 

 This is absolutely the most disappointing watch I have bought.

How do you get in touch with charge e support at Fitbit?

This happened to me this past week.  I tried resetting the heart rate monitor in settings.  I tried the soft reset.  I tried clearing user data.  I even tried rebooting the device via settings.  I contacted support and was instructed to do the 15 second reset.  This did not work either.  The support representative sa

Sorry to hear about this. 
Yes, they have a problem but I decided not to give up, so I wrote them again yestarday. Now a "new feature" (aka a new issue) have on my precious fitbit. My stept and mileage are doubled. Now my fitbit is useless. Completely useless. No heart tracking, no sleep, no active minutes, nothing. I received an email from support:
"Hello Iona,
Your case is now being escalated as requested in order to further review it.
Thank you for being Fitbit. Have a good one.
Sincerely,Luis Fernando U and the Fitbit Team" 
I'm waiting to see what happens.Ps I tried to make another account on another phone, different brand, nothing good happened. The same issues.

Same for me.  I chatted with someone because my charge 3 was not reading heart rate or sleep and they had me do a few things.  It did not resolve the issue and said my issue would be escalated.  So after that I noticed it stopped tracking steps and I initiated another chat session.  I was informed since I had already tried everything, there was nothing more they could do for me.  So they sent me a 25% off coupon code for a new product.  Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another Fitbit tracker as mine did not last more than 18 months and during that time it would have syncing issues that required deleting it from the app and repairing.  Now my charge 3 will only serve as a watch, but has to be paired to the app.  And I have started researching other smart watch options.

Hello and thank you for update! I didn't receive any coupon yet. But please, tell me if you find something interesting in your research. It's so sad, because for what I'm interested  in, fitbit is the best option (for sleep tracker and bpm) but exactly like you, I don't want ro buy another fitbit device.I read a lot of interesting stuff about Oura ring.

Ive had the very same issue . My first Charge 3 lasted just over a year then the battery died, blank screen, so I was sent a replacement which I've only had for a couple of months and the same problem has happened again today! Not happy.

Hi there I bought a charge 3 yesterday, and out of the box it is not working it has charged over night and it shows the Fitbit symbol with “www.fitbit.com/com/setup it won’t do anything else!! So frustrated

Same thing with mine. Got it for Christmas and less than one year it has totally stopped working. Resetting did not work. Apparently, this is a well known problem that many people experience... The most disappointing watch I ever owned.

Hi Marre,

 

I gave it a go and unfortunately no luck! My Fitbit Charge 3 hasn't tracked my sleep for weeks, there's no HR, settings are fine and I tried rebooting it. No flashing green light anymore.

I am also having this problem. No green lights all of a sudden- no HR or sleep tracking- and restarting doesn't seem to fix the problem. How long should a fitbit last?

Hi, I am on my 2nd replacement fitbit and so far so good but I would contact fitbit and I'm sure they will either repair or replace it for youSent from my Galaxy
