Thank you so much for replying!

I'm still so frustated, trying to decide whether/how to return my Charge3. I was in bed for 9 hrs last night, & only 1.5 hrs of sleep were recorded, with no details, of course. (AND I got a Sleep Score of 79!  What??)

Even tough I bought the Charge2 because it said it would track swim strokes, I've been afraid to wear it in the pool (I live in Florida & swim every day) -- so water damage can't be the issue.

I'll spebd an hour on the phone with the FB Help Desk today, I guess. 🙄

They want you do upgrade to premium. That’s the only way my sleep monitor will show again.

I'm not sure what you mean by putting in a wakeup time, or saving your sleep in a log entry. My device shows "sleep not tracked," but when I log into the app, I can see my sleep cycle for last night. Can you give me step-by-step on how to set my device to show my sleep? It's a real pain to have to keep logging into the app.

But how are you saving your sleep if it’s not tracking it? —-this Fitbit 5 days out of seven days “wear your tracker to bed” instead of tracking anything.

this morning my charge 3 will not track last nights sleep.

It has tracked my sleep for months with no problem.

Have reinstalled app, restarted phone and fitbit, turned bluetooth off then back on, still will not track last nights sleep.

It has been tracking my steps fine.

I’ve tried everything, updating, wearing it loose, wearing it tight, but I finally figured it out. I wear the watch 180° So the sensor is on my wrist. Not sure if it’s because it’s the hair on my forearm that is interfering but once I started wearing it this way it works every time.

Instead of having the sensor on top of your wrist put it on the other side where your veins are.

What are you talking about specifically? There is no “receive sleep insights” in the location you are referring

Hello everyone. @andria12000 Welcome to the community forums.

It would be great if you can provide more details if you're experiencing an inconvenience with sleep. In the meantime, for information about Sleep insights, I recommend reviewing the following help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? This information can be found at the bottom part of the help article.

I look forward to your response.
