Bought my Fitbit Charge 3 on Saturday. Tracked my sleep first night, hasn’t since for last 3 nights. Have to keep putting it on charger and restarting. Few hours later it appears on watch and phone. Can’t keep doing this! Any ideas?

Best AnswerLike you, since the latest upgrade the tracker has become virtually useless. No longer tracks sleep. The pulse rate is off by several beats when measured against more accurate devices. There is often a lag between steps taken and steps measured. If it can’t get the basic things, how are we trust the rest of the data? Like you, this is the last Fitbit product I will ever buy.
I came across this thread when my Charge 3 once again stopped tracking my sleep, having tried everything they suggested for you. It's clear that Fitbit doesn't care whether the products work or customers are happy. I'm finally ditching my Charge 3 and heading to Costco for an Apple Watch. Can't be any worse than this.
Best AnswerHi Sarah,
I have no faith in the sleep tracker, and less in the rest of the “features”. Just glad mine was a gift.
btw, there are super cheap watch bands on Amazon. Last place I’d buy one is this website.
cheers

My charge 3 is now indicating I need to purchase Fitbit Premium to see sleep score. What kind of BS is this? When I bought the Charge 3 that was one of the selling points. If this is truly the case, see ya Fitbit.. There are other options out there!!!

Best AnswerAt least they informed me you don't need premium but if this does not start working again.. Will be looking at options...
