Screen slowly started fading and then seemed fine. Went to sleep and when I woke up the screen was blank and would not turn on as I've seen many others have the same issue. I've tried all the fixes on previous threads and nothing seems to help. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine as well, though I can see it in the dark, dimly. Also, the haptic feedback isn’t working on starting the exercise.

*Found out the device was put into the sleep option, if you plug it in, hold the button ..in a dark room..and the sleep option should be visible, touch that. Worked for me. You and I aren’t the only ones..

Hello @Neal1, and welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @DebbieRi, I'll be glad to help you with this.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the display of the Charge 3 that is too dim or dark and that you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps found in the forums.
@DebbieRi, in addition to the steps you mentioned, could you please confirm if you have tried to disable the Sleep Mode and Do not disturb features on the device, as @Neal1 mentioned earlier?
Let me know if you're also referring to the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this other thread of the Community, or which are the steps that you already tried.
Please keep me posted.

Hi @DavideFitbit and @Neal1 thank you for your help.
I have tried the disable the sleep mode in a dark room but don't get anything on the screen it is completely blank.
I have also tried the clock face change and the full reset as shown in the thread, I have the vibrations from the Fitbit but can't see anything on the screen.

Nope, it connects to the app and still works fine and vibrates, just have a black screen and can't see anything on there, not good as I keep checking it.
It is doing my head in now, didn't realise how much I relied on it till you can't see anything...

@Neal1and @DavideFitbit how do I get the answered removed from the top as it hasn't been answered and still need this sorting??

Got me on the removal, but there sure are a bunch of posts about blank screens, you can still follow those answers.
Bummer you can’t navigate to the settings. What would be helpful is if users could reach ALL settings available on the tracker only, on the dashboard as well. I just checked my dashboard and pretty much none of the actions in “settings” on the tracker are in “settings” on the dashboard.

@Neal1 I know I was thinking the same would make more sense to be able to do these things on the dashboard as well.
I have been referred to customer support, so let's hope they can sort this for me.
Thank you for your help, much appreciated.
