Hallo,
After my battery was running low the background of my Fitbit Charge 3 faded. Now it's grey with black and white lines. After charging and rebooting multiple times and deleting the user data and also updating the firmware. The screen stays the same. It also takes longer for the Fitbit to react to touch. How can I fix this. I have used it for 3 months and never had a problem before.

Best AnswerHi - Fitbit selling defective products.and offering 25% after warranty expired. Same happened to me also. I lost faith with their products not sure whether they fixed this problem in new products or Fitbit following the same strategy for other products too. So I rejected Fitbit offer and purchased Garmin active 3 in amazon. So time to move to new products. Shame on Fitbit selling defective products.
