Charge 3 screen corrupted

Hallo,

 

After my battery was running low the background of my Fitbit Charge 3 faded. Now it's grey with black and white lines. After charging and rebooting multiple times and deleting the user data and also updating the firmware. The screen stays the same. It also takes longer for the Fitbit to react to touch. How can I fix this. I have used it for 3 months and never had a problem before.

Same. All they offer is 25% off a new one. I'm furious.

Their warranty is for one year and if your fibtit has a problem within that time they will replace it.  After that they offer the 25% off a new one.  I have been through this many times.  The last one they replaced for me was within the warranty time frame but only lasted 4 months and it is now corrupt.  Since it is a replacement I doesn't have a warranty so I am in the same boat as you.  I love my fitbit and am now trying to decide if I want another Charge 3 or a different model.

Hi - Fitbit selling defective products.and offering 25% after warranty expired. Same happened to me also. I lost faith with their products not sure whether they fixed this problem in new products or Fitbit following the same strategy for other products too. So I rejected Fitbit offer and purchased Garmin active 3 in amazon. So time to move to new products. Shame on Fitbit selling defective products.

Having the same issue on my Charge 3.  Have restarted 3 times.

Contact customer support. We weren't able to fix mine, but they gave me a
25% discount code. It has been 2 years since I got this one and was
planning on a new one in the Fall.

That is what they are giving everyone.whose device is out of warranty.  I have had 3 Charge 3's and they all have had a corrupt screen.  The one I am wearing now was a replacement for one that I bought in December 2018.  I received this one in Dec 2019 and it too is now corrupt.  They will only give me the 25% off a new one.  Haven't decided what I want to do.
