Hello, 

I have a Charge 3 Fitbit and the screen is fading in certain spots. Any ideas on if it can be fixed or if I need a whole new watch?

Hi there, @KyraSLynn. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 3.

Please restart your Charge 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Mine did the same.  It fades progressively.  Now I couldn't read the text anymore, even in a dark room.  Resetting it or changing clock face did not help.  It could be a hardware issue.  There are many such complaints dating back 3 years ago in Community Forum so it is a common and known problem.
