Hello, my issue is exactly as posted elsewhere. I.e.

my charge 3 is showing only a black screen. Already tried the restarting/resetting. Can't change the clockface as the screen is completely unresponsive.

Synchronizing seems to work fine. Device also vibrates when connected to charger and after 15 second reset I get a smily face but then all goes back to black unresponsive. What do I do now?
