About a week ago, I stopped receiving text notifications on my Charge 3. I still get all other notifications (including phone, email, alerts). I have rebooted my Charge 3, checked the settings on the watch, app and my S9 phone (android). I have restarted my phone and the watch. Still nothing!
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Best AnswerFor many of the notification issue sufferers: if you can go back to the Fitbit application version 2.93 (and stay with it), the notifications in this version seem to be stable. At least since I have stopped installing updates, the problem has never returned.
Best AnswerSince my last post on this issue, I have updated to version 3.8 and no longer have problem with notification. I am using Samsung S8 and on Android 9.0.
From my experience with Fitbit since 2015, I trust that it is diligently looking into all issues raised by users.
Best AnswerI’ve tried every suggestion multiple times as well. Nothing has worked . Guess this is their way of getting you to buy another one or waste the money you already spent .
Same happened to me. Its been over 1 week and multiple calls with fitbit and still no notifications and no help from fitbit!!
Best AnswerPlease just tell us how we can fix this problem. Apologising is all well and good but we really just need a solution. That is why I bought this tracker in the first place!
Can you please update the status of your correction to solve this specific Fitbit failure?
My iPhone 6S in particular.
Best AnswerFor the past couple of weeks, every day my text notifications stop coming through my fitbit..I have to re-sync it or restart my fitbit, sometimes I have to do both, and this happens multiple times a day. It's quite frustrating especially since after the IOS 13 update I have to make my text previews available on my home screen or it doesn't work at all. Which I didn't want to do, but FitBit left no option for you not to this or the notifications don't work. This is extremely annoying and after paying $150.00 for a device that doesn't work correctly, I'd like to know what FitBit's PERMANENT solution is.
Basically theyve been aware of this issue since the new phone/ios update hit. They told me in the chat that they are working on it...you know almost 4 months later. I bought it and it worked for maybe a month then stopped. And I honestly got it mainly for the text notifications too. So now we all will probably have expensive useless watches to sit in a drawer and be forced to get a new one that may be able to keep up with the technology for a few months....
Best AnswerSeeing no resolutions here, I think it’s time to send letter to president of Fitbit that his product failed and refunds are needed. It does not live up to its claims and may be a fraud. I’ll let you all know
As a hearing impaired person I rely on the notifications. Please hurry and fix the problem. It seems it should of been resolved by now. I will be changing products if it continues for a long period. Thanks
Best AnswerI am not receiving and notifications. No texts, email or phone!
