My strap has broken on my Charge 3, it is only 5 months old. Is it possible to get sent a replacement please? The buckle has come off because the little loops have snapped.
Thanks.

It's great to see you here @Irene87 and @SteveH thanks for the input.

Best AnswerI have the same problem, in 6 months the strap is broken. https://photos.app.goo.gl/PcQfqXobeVPRYh6R7
same with mine after 10 months... just had a chat session w agent who confirmed my warranty and is sending a replacement. I'm hoping it is an updated version of the band, but guessing it is the same which will most likely break again in less than a year. disappointed in the quality for sure.
I also got a replacement from support, hope its an updated version.
I wish I could pay $5 more to get a different one...
Best Answermine will be replaced at almost 11 months.
Best AnswerSame here. My Fitbit isn’t even a full 9 months old, and already the band broke. Last month, the Fitbit tracker itself had an issue after the newest update and was sent a replacement. Maybe there is a faulty issue in the band as well?
Hi there, did the replace the straps or the whole tracker? I have the same issue and I am waiting for feedback from Fitbit
Best AnswerThey replaced your strap?
You’ll know if your Fitbit has issues from the update. It will be VERY obvious. But they replaced the tracker only. (Plus my tracker was under warranty. I’m not sure if the warranty covers the band too)
Best AnswerYes I have gotten the strap replaced. It's under the warranty. My tracker looks ok for now.
Best Answercan you share that image with me? I'm trying to get a warranty replacement for my Charge 3 strap, but I already threw my broken strap away! I tried to see the image you attached but it says the album is empty. Thanks!
