My strap has broken on my Charge 3, it is only 5 months old. Is it possible to get sent a replacement please? The buckle has come off because the little loops have snapped.

Thanks.

I bought mine on eBay for CDN$8.00 including tax and shipping. I'm happy with it - it's the black silicone one with a diamond pattern on it.

I'm trying to use that link you've posted as m charge 3 strap has broken recently and I've had my fitbit for about 4 months, but it keeps saying that the page no longer exsists or won't link me to a page that I can speak to fitbit,

Any ideas?

Sorry, but I don't remember what link I posted. I ordered a silicone strap from eBay and it arrived (took a long time because of the virus situation) and works fine. To change things up a little, I've just bought 2 stainless steel straps (Milanese style) on Amazon and am quite happy with these too. In other words, 3 replacement straps cost me less than one genuine Fitbit strap. Hope this helps.

mine broke at a place that isn't even in the buckle.

Both my straps broke - had it since Christmas - not impressed. I've ordered a new one - postage is £12.50 !!!!! Is it being delivered by a unicorn?

Fitbit has horrible bands and they don't care. They know their band are garbage and won't do anything to fix them. Good customer service would be to provide the full year warranty on any portion that they replace, but they refuse to do that because they know their band is so horrible that it will usually break in less than a year. I've gone through two bands in less than 18 months and they refuse to replace the second one because it is out of warranty. Good way to send people to the competition. FitBit will fail as a company with this mentality.

My strap just broke today after 17 months and all I was doing was taking off my jacket and it severed mid-strap, nowhere near the holes that are used to put the watch on.  Not encouraged I will get any meaningful support after reading this and will definitely switch brands if they do not replace for free.  Thank you for sharing.

The buckle side of my band broke about 1/2 inch from the fitbit. It is 7 months old. I filed a warranty claim but will definitely look for an after market product.

It seems most of the Fitbits have this problem looking at the posts.  My Charge 3 strap broke about 10 months in.  Fitbit sent a replacement, but the replacement strap broke about 6 months later and so is now "out of warranty" according to the support.  They don't care...they just want to get thru the 12 month window.  Seems like they could spend a few pennies more and develop a better strap...

I barely use my Fitbit anymore. I put it on this weekend after not using it for about a year and the strap broke on the tiny part that holds the clasp while under the jacket. I suddenly felt it loose under my jacket.  I'm done with Fitbit and moving to the apple watch
