Charge 3 won’t connect to app

A month or two ago my Fitbit charge 3 stopped syncing with my phone, so I tried removing the device and setting it up again (as it had worked before), but at the part where you put the code in and it says “connecting to Fitbit,” it kept not loading and wouldn’t finish loading, even if I waited a long time.


I have also looked at the compatible devices for the Fitbit app and my iPhone 6s it on there and has the latest software update. 

 

My Fitbit charge 3 was working fantastically before this happened. Can someone please help me.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
