I returned mine a few weeks ago and it was the best decision. It forced me to do a deep dive at all wearables to see what I wanted and I got the Galaxy Watch which is awesome and works well with my phone.
Best AnswerWhy does this thread show solved. I have the charge three and it won’t sync most of the day. It’ will sync and then show looking for three hours and then maybe sync. This is ridiculous. Fit bit doesn’t seem to care either because this is been going on for well over a month and they’re still no update or fix.
Best Answer@Bam2448 It shows solved because a person indicated the proposed fix worked for them. Even if it didn’t really work for them, if it’s marked as if it did that’s why it shows as solved. I have intermittent synch issues as well, particularly around the Weather app. To me, it looks like the software implementation on the Charge 3 is poor. Beta test level poor and not ready for commercial release
Best Answer@YesIAmSassy The software implementation on the Charge 3 is very buggy. Lots of comments here, on Amazon, eBay and various other forums in a wide variety of Charge 3 issues. Many people are returning them and it’s already on sale with some retailers/wholesalers which is an indication it’s become a slow mover.
Best AnswerI don’t have Charge 3 list on my BT. It’s listed as Antares and does not have “!” nexrt to it.
I bought a different brand 3 weeks ago and have not had a single issue. For those that keep having issues I would recommend returning it while you can and going with something different. Fitbit is doing nothing to help out buyers of its products.
I would highly recommend to anyone that has this device to return it right away for a differe t brand, and to go to the site where you purchased it and share your review. Fitbit apparently wants to go out of business as there customer service has been worse than the product itself.
As for a new device I went with the new Galaxy watch and love it. Garmins are very nice too.
Best AnswerI have done all of the items noted on this forum - I've restarted the phone, removed and replaced the app (it immediately says I don't have the latest version); paired and unpaired the device. tried it on two different platforms (IOS & Android). This is my 4th fit bit and I have never had issues previously but now after 3 months I am ready to drop this device.. any suggestions??

Best AnswerI have followed the instructions to pair my iPhone with my new charge 3. Turned off the other devices connected to Bluetooth, device is charged and connected to the charger. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Device is sitting on my phone. It can’t find it. I really want my charge 2 back.
