Best AnswerFor me, it worked for about a month. I had a couple instances of glitchiness, but it continued mostly syncing from Christmas to the end of January. Then it refused to ever sync again.

Best AnswerI have tried EVEY SINGLE suggestion to get my Charge 3. NOTHING works. I deleted and reset and reinstalled apps, brought the Charge back to factory settings, NOTHING. Now I get to the connecting screen and then NOTHING. it's been over an HOUR and it's not paired!
I am so disappointed as I loved my Charge 2 but upgraded so I could swim with it. What a MISTAKE. It worked for less than 30 days. But I cant take it back because it's been over 30 days because I was trying all the suggestions.
I will NEVER recommend a Fitbit again!
Hi, I have tried all of this and my Fitbit still will not sync. It hasn't synced since the 2nd of March and it is now the 6th so it's getting ridiculous as I only got it in January. It has been doing it the whole time I've had it but it has never gone this long without syncing. Have I just got a dud or is this a solvable problem?
So disappointed in my Charge 3, wont sync, phone app can’t even find it and it doesn’t appear to be charging either. Surely they’ve had time to sort out this problem. Will be sending it back if it’s not sorted soon 🤢
Followed all of the steps and the Fitbit would not sync with the app. Happened to look at my iPad and the app there was synced. So I deleted the app On my iPhone and reinstalled. Fitbit and iPhone app are now in sync.
But my Bluetooth list of devices does not show the Fitbit. Still searching and maybe tomorrow the Fitbit will show up on the list.
Best AnswerI "upgraded" my fitbit yesterday from a charge 2 to a charge 3 as my screen had cracked. It won't sync with my phone no matter what I do and I am just getting stressed and miserable with it?! It doesn't even appear in my Bluetooth list and my phone keeps telling me to switch on all devices because it can't find the fitbit!! I've done every thing suggested and NOTHING!!
Best AnswerNo I was going through the fitbit app but it keeps telling me to make sure device in on and in range and it's laying next to it on the table!! Will leave it a few hours (while I go to work) and try again later!
