My replacement watch is due any day. I just hope it will sync with my WIN10 computer AND iPad. Was told that it would. Will find out soon.
Best AnswerI am waiting for my Charge 3 to arrive (#3 in 5 weeks). I am now into day 30 of the 45 day warranty so I hope they step on it. I want to try it out and have time to return it to get my money back if it too doesn't sync or pair without extreme hassle like #1 and #2 did. I haven't heard anything yet. I sent it back 5 days ago. Fingers crossed that #3works with my PC. I don't have an Iphone or anything else to sync it with.
Best AnswerI can’t even get my Iphone to “forget this devise” because the “I” in the circle will not even appear when my Charge 3 is connected to my Bluetooth. I’d send it back if I could. I upgraded from the Charge 2. What a waste if money since it I bought it for the upgraded notifications. Any other suggestions????
I already restarted my phone and re-installed the app. No luck.
Best AnswerSomehow my all day sync got turned off in my Fitbit settings. It’s turned back on an works now. Hope it stays that way!!!

recently received new charge 3
I struggled with set up but eventually managed with Bluetooth recognising charge 3 but then it refused to sync .
so started again by removing charge 3 from blue tooth it synced once and again refuses to do it.
my phone is an I phone 7 plus. Version iOS 13.1.3
I updated Fitbit app 3 days ago
blue tooth now saying charge 3 not connected?
what do you advise ?

Best AnswerI was having issues with my Charge 3 that is two years old not synching. The ipad I have the app on was synching. Hum! I had a iOS update on the phone last night before this started. Found your suggestions and it worked.
Not sure if I have gotten the notifications to work yet which I NEVER have on this Charge 3 (my Charge 2 did great with them) so it would be a plus if it starts working.

Best AnswerI have problems on and off. Sometimes my computer and phone won't sync. I restart my phone and it eventually works, but I can't figure out why my computer can't make up its mind whether to sync or say tracker not found..
