Charge 3 won't sync

My Fitbit charge 3 won't sync with my cellphone.   The time on the cellphone is different than what's on the Fitbit.   How can I fix it??

I am having the same trouble.... It is driving me mad!!! I can't even use it now, as whilst trying to sort it out I've lost 6 mins on the time.

I am having exactly the same problem and tried everything suggested to no avail,  I have also lost time, can't sync and can't connect to Bluetooth. I have tried uninstalling app, using different device and rebooting my fitbit.  It's driving me crazy.  It worked fine until 20 Feb and then for some reason just lost connection.  My fitbit is still working and counting steps 🤷‍:female_sign:

I have the same problem. Tried all suggestions (disconnecting bluetooth, restarting device, restarting phone, un- and re installing fitbit). Fitbit did not synchronise since monday the 8th. It did  take over stepcount and activity-minutes, but not excercises and sleep-data. I ultimatelty disconnected my charge3, now it won't reconnect. Fitbit does see the device, but won't connect.

I'm having same problem. Its sync'd inconsistently for the appx 6 months I've used it over the 20 months of having it ( i keep giving up on it for to the random syncing issues). I'm totally feed up £120 was a huge amount of money for me and i feel duped ny Fitbit. What I've bought is nowhere 'fit for purpose'. It's shameful that the app can't be sorted, with the worst problems since feb. It's not usesble for the purpose advertised 😞 And yes, I've done everything listed a number of times, spending hours and hours rebooting, restarting, reinstalling apps etc etc etc. Customers should be refunded by Fitbit or have devices replaced 😡

Same problem here with my charge 3 tonight. After a struggle deleting all data on it via customer services online chat, it finally (it took a number of goes) reconnected and sync'd a week ago, then once more, then nothing again. Sees the charge 3, put in 4 digit code, but then nothing (and i know it's not my phone that's the problem as never had any issues before with Bluetooth connections for anything else, ever 😡) The device at £120 and barely used since bought due to syncing issues on and off, is NOT fit for purpose

Hi, mine has not synced since 24th Feb. & I've had no trouble with it since I started to wear it Dec 2019.

Same issue. Every since the 8th of March my Charge 3 hasn't been syncing. I've done all of the steps and it won't reconnect. I've tried chatting and did everything Steph P told me to do and still not working. My Android phone did an update, I wonder if that is the problem. I hope they get it fixed!

I wonder that as well. I had a similar issue when my android did it's last update but after a few tries it did end up syncing. This time, I've been trying for hours without success. If you have any success, please share what you did. Thanks!

Same with mine. It stopped on March 9th. No matter what I do it won't sync. Is there

I have an iPhone and Bluetooth won't even pick it up.

I have spoken with support and been told my charge 3 is not compatible with my Huwaei P30 lite even though it worked great until January.

Is there an issue with Huwaei syncing?

I did online chat with fitbit who basically told me it was my fitbit that was faulty.  Very annoying as just outside 2 year warranty anniversary 🙄 so I can't get replacement under the warranty.   They did offer me a discount on a new fitbit, but if they are prone to dying after 2 years, it probably still isn't worth the money.
