I charged the Fitbit for over 24 hours.   Same result as many others experienced.  Tried the reset countless times with no luck.  Vibrates when trying everything but no display.  The Fitbit was right out of the box. Thanks in advance.

My unit will not even get a smiley face, will not turn on, will not do anything. I got the unit in March and have not had it very long. It first started loosing time then connection to the iphone. Tried to update the unit but would not connect via bluetooth. the connection said (not connected). I tried to reconnect but to no avail. Contacted Walmart service plans they said it was under manufacturer warranty, called warranty people they made me jump through hoops told me to disconnect and delete and reconnect to phone. Well if the bluetooth is not working how do you accomplish this? Then they told me to wait for the new update to come in for the charge 3 OK now this is where I am getting angry...if the unit will not connect via bluetooth to the phone how can I update it??? Do you see my frustration??? Sending me the same info on how to turn on and update my fitbit is redundant!!! Please help replace or refund me on my fitbit!!!

Hi @SelmaFitbit   !
I´m contacting you because I´ve tried everything in the solution post and my fitbit still doesn´t turn on.

I have an 8 month fitbit charge 3. Besides of having no image at the display I have no green lights at the back of the watch.

When I plug it in and try to reset, it vibrates and shows the smiley face, but that´s all. After a while, the smiley goes away and the watch continues dead.

Do you think that there can be a solution?
Thanks for your time

You have to get a replacement. The charge 3 is not a good design. Dont put
in water even though it says water resistant.

I called the customer service number. Told them what was wrong and
everything I tried to do to fix it. Also I had it less than 6 months so it
was covered under warranty.

I explained the situation and mine was replaced. The rep was very friendly. I was hold for 3 minutes and spoke to him for 8 minutes about what I had tried (different charging cables, different plug bricks, using wall vs. computer USB port.

look up the number online because including phone numbers in these posts seems to cause problems posting.

Called their customer service number. On hold 3 minutes, spoke to rep for 8 minutes about what I had tried (different USB ports, cables, and bricks). He asked when/where I bought it and they mailed me a replacement. No issues yet in round 2!!
