Charge 4 - Cannot read the display

My charge4 works fine except I can no longer see the display.  Is it repairable and if so where do I take it for repairs please.

Have you tried restarting Charge 4?

Juan, I just put my fitbit on charge. No smiley face either.

Juan only way i can use it is by checking my app.

I have my sons fitbit charge 4 lcd works fine but wont hold a charge

I have had the same problem on a number of FitBits I've owned.  What I did to fix it is to go into the app on my phone and change the clock face.  Once the display updates with the new clock face it should be visible again.  You can then change it back to the clock you had been using.
