Charge 4 battery issues

While wearing my Fitbit, having charged it 3 days ago, twice now has buzzed and had the message ...Check charger. Battery not charging..... I am wearing it! It's not on the charger! Help it's only 5 months old!

This is while I am wearing it...not when charging. Happened again yesterday.
