I loved my charge 4!!!
I had it for only a little over a year and the connector where the wristband attaches broke.
It is plastic. My Alta has a metal connector and metal on the wristband connection. My Charge 4 Fitbit works , I just have no way to wear it!! Does Fitbit make a Fitbit with metal connectors. I see this is a BIG problem with this style wristband connector. Just ridiculous that it lasted just over a year !!!!

Fitbit chat is a joke. First person I spoke to, Camillo, wasn't making any sense (kept telling me I needed to hand write something) then became insulting amd condescending when I told him I didn't understand what he was saying. Second person I spoke to got straight to the point and I was excited because I was finally getting somewhere, except warranty never contacted me. I did however receive multiple emails to purchase a new fitbit. I bought a Samsung instead.

It's frustrating that it has happened to us and other owners for the Charge 5. Fitbit company doesn't do anything for repair of the sheared standoffs and connectors.
I ended up getting a watch band that holds the Charge 4. Fitbit will never get any more of money until they fix this poor design.
