I also have the same problem as many others on this page, my fitbit won't sync and the watch is losing time continually, totally useless. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions but nothing works. Very disappointed as I have only had it for about six weeks.

Exactly the same here for the 2 HRs we have in the house. Several colleagues at work have the exact same issues even over an array of different phones. We've all tried everything including resets etc. Worst support ever.

This issue is crazy! It has been happening off and on for the past week. I do everything they suggest. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it does work it only last a day or 2 and then it won't sync again followed by the time going crazy.
I have about had it with fitbit. This Charge HR is my second device. My first was a flex which I lost running because of the crappy band. They were known for coming undone all the time. I choose the Charge because of the band but even though it doesn't fall off, what good is it if it doesn't work!

Mine is doing the same and I'm so heartbroken that all I can do is cry right now.
I seriously cannot express how sad I am. Please for the love of all that is sacred fix this or give us our money back!
Like most of us here, I use my Fitbit for very ijmportant health tracking. I can't bellieve this is going on. It all started after my app updated on wednesday night..

Thanks for these instructions! Apparently, my computer was not recognizing the Fitbit dongle becasue I had it plugged into a USB3 (USB+) port. The information on the dongle looks pretty dated (2006) and Windows warned me that it was too old to work with USB3. Up to now, I have had to delete my Charge and re-install it every few days to keep things syncing. We'll give this a few days and see how it works.

Just a shot in the dark, if people haven't fully removed their devices and turned off phones, made sure updates happened. Just try to run through the 9 steps I have listed in another thread (linked below). We are all getting tired of this constant sync issue. A couple people today already had some successful connects after following the directions.

I did this, and PRESTO it synced in like 2 seconds.

Hi all, relatively new to Fitbit - got a Charge HR about 4 months ago, which developed a 'bubble' on the strap.
Quick email got me a replacement, however, this will not sync and displays the wrong time - same as everyone elses on this page. All efforts to cure the problem via suggested work-arounds have failed. Am using an iphone 6, and a MacBook. Very disappointing and have reverted to using the old one with the 'bubble' strap - at least that works!
Has anone any idea when a fix is likely?
